Empty bread mix into mixing bowl and add dry yeast. In another bowl, combine egg, oil, water, and vinegar. Mix wet and dry ingredients by hand and then mix it with a stand mixer for 5-7 min. Spoon thick sticky dough into oiled loaf pan and smooth top with a wet spatula. Let dough rise in a warm place (110F degrees) until doubled in size (about 15-45 min). Do not cover. Place dough oven and bake for 30-35 min at 350F. Remove bread from pan and cool on a rack. Rest it for 1 hour before slicing
