Classic Sugar CookiesYou will need from your pantry: 6 oz. (1 stick and a half) chilled, unsalted butter 1-2 TBSP cold water 1 whole egg Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cookie mix into bowl of an electric mixer or food processer. Blend butter and mix on lowest speed (or pulse) until butter is completely cut into flour, no lumps. Add egg and mix until the dough comes together. Add water 1 TBSP at a time, you may not need the 2nd TBSP. Form 2 flat disks and wrap in plastic. Refrig
