At Food Should Taste Good, we believe that you should give it your best…every time. Food is best when it’s not complicated. It tastes great when it’s made with real, wholesome and high quality ingredients. We celebrate the taste and sensory appeal that results from the deliberate choices we make with each product.
Food Should Taste Good Salt & Vinegar Sweet Potato Chips are sweet potatoes that are kettle cooked and tossed in vinegar with a touch of sea salt to give our naturally sweet chips a tart and tangy bite.
The Food Should Taste Good Story
Founder Pete Lescoe created Food Should Taste Good, Inc. in his small apartment kitchen in 2006 with the goal of making a unique new snack with great taste, real ingredients, and sophisticated flavor – the qualities he is most passionate about in food.
“I love food. I’ve been working in restaurants and grocery stores my whole life, and if I’ve learned anything, it’s that food tastes great when it’s made with real ingredients. That’s why I started my own company, dedicated to making wholesome snacks. As for the name, Food Should Taste Good, it kind of wrote itself” – Pete Lescoe
