Acai Soft Serve — Brazilian Inspired Gelato
Place a cup of the bananas into a food processor fitted with the “S” blade, and add the acai, maple syrup, and vanilla. Begin blending, and slowly add the remaining banana chunks while the machine is running. Process for about a minute, until frosty and smooth and turn off machine. Do not over-process or the bananas will become overly melted. Transfer to a serving container and enjoy at once, or cover and place in freezer until ready to serve.
