Serene is formulated to effectively treat the epidemic serotonin deficiencies in our population. Serotonin is a key neurotransmitter that helps modulate brain activity. People with ineffective brain modulation can have dramatic mood swings because emotions are not effectively controlled. Serene contains 5-HTP (the serotonin precursor) and co-factors that help with serotonin synthesis. Serene is similar to TravaCor but without taurine and theanine. Most people do well with one to two capsules at night although taking some during the day can also help reduce anxiousness.
