HCA can help people lose weight in two ways:
1) It blocks fat: HCA inhibits a key enzyme (Citrate lyase) that the body needs to convert carbohydrates in fat. Typically, if people consume carbohydrates and the body doesn’t use them immediately, they are converted into other compounds and fat.
