Start with ¼ cup of Dark Roast Mate per quart of water. Allow to steep in hot (not boiling) water for 3-5 minutes. Adjust the amount of Dark Roast mate according to your desired strength. Add milk and sweetener to your taste.
Make a stronger brew by using ½ cup of Dark Roast Mate per quart of water. Allow to steep in hot (not boiling) water for 7-10 minutes. Add milk and sweetener to your taste and Pour over a full cup of ice.
Tea Pot or Tea Ball
Start with tablespoon of Dark Roast Mate per 12 oz cup of hot (not boiling) water. Let steep for 3-5 minutes. Adjust the amount of Dark Roast Mate according to your desired strength. Add milk and sweetener to your taste.

Try a Mate Dark Roast Latte
