In just under 40 minutes you can enjoy something spectacular! Serve your gluten free loved ones something they will remember forever!
Directions Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9" round cake pan, cupcake or loaf pan.In a medium sized bowl combine: 1 cup Milk (Non Dairy or Dairy), cup Oil.Slowly whisk the Baking Mix into the liquid ingredients and blend until smooth, about 10 seconds.Pour batter into desired pan, smooth with spatula to make even. Bake: 25-28 minutes for cake or loaf. 18-23 minutes for cupcakes.Let cool for 15 minutes, top with Wholesome Chow's frosting and serve!
